2. In some countries special regulations and conditions make it difficult to guarantee a timely delivery or delivery at all.
3. The shipping costs quoted include legally applicable sales tax or value added tax.
4. Order processing and shipping facilities are located in the USA and in Germany.
5. Point of shipment may vary depending on current shipping rates and timeliness of delivery.

Supply of download products:

• Download products (digital content which is not supplied on a physical data carrier) do not incur shipping costs.
• The Download items are found in the customer’s account for downloading.
• The Download items are available to download following payment or authorisation of payment.
  Customers will be informed about this provision via email.

Delivery times

• Unless otherwise specified, delivery in the USA and Germany should be within 3 to 5 workdays following payment.
• Deliveries to all other countries should be within 5 -14 workdays following payment.
• For multiple order with differing delivery dates, we will send all the articles in one shipment when possible providing no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

Gratis shipment of free information. However, we reserve the right to charge a fee for multiple copies or for shipments to foreign lands.
