A practical spiritual development course given from the spiritual realms: a course of prayer, meditation and exercises to attain personal spiritual growth and meet spiritual goals. As Jesus of Nazareth said, “The Kingdom of God is within, in you” (not in a church of stone).  With a spiritual journal, specific daily prayers and meditations in this course, and exercises to meet our personal spiritual goals, we may achieve spiritual maturity in this lifetime.

Today, we receive a practical path of schooling, a course for Spiritual Development in full detail. This course of exercises, meditations and prayers for spiritual growth was given as a revelation by the Cherub of divine Wisdom.  Gabriele supplements this revelation with insight into the individual learning steps. She gives encouragement, help and instruction, on how each one can follow this path of self-recognition with Christ. In this way, this book helps us free ourselves from the burdens of the soul, bit by bit. Further, we can find peace – in ourselves, with our fellow people, in the family and at work. However, we may also gain spiritual maturity and thus a deep connection with all the creation of God, including animals and nature.

The Christ of God brought us the teaching of peace in His Sermon on the Mount – simple guidelines we can walk toward God in us. These form the basis for the Inner Path to the heart of God, the path back into our true eternal homeland. God in us.

A Course of Prayer and Meditation, Spiritual Development: The Soul Prayer & the Sun Prayer

A course of prayer and meditation in the morning and throughout the day can serve as the foundation for meeting our spiritual goals and attaining the growth in spirit that we seek:

“The soul prayer prepares soul and person for the inner life. It trains and stabilizes the spiritual consciousness. Through the various exercises, the person’s cell structure is gradually cleansed and the soul is oriented and attuned to the cosmic power, to the inner life. … In order to lay the foundation on the level of Order for further levels, the brain cells have to gradually become imbued with light. They have to be oriented toward nobler, purer and a much nicer way of thinking, toward spiritual ethics and morals.”

“The morning prayer right after awakening, while still lying down; speak the words as consciously as possible. Let the words resound. We lie on our backs, with hands crossed on our chest.  The sun prayer directed to the All-Spirit while standing, with arms stretched out, facing east. Perhaps body movements, done freely. Then, cleansing the body. … This sun prayer or ether prayer should stream from the heart and from the soul.”

On Spiritual Plans, and Spiritual Goals

“…This is trust, concentration and alignment. And if it is still good for us, our desire will be fulfilled, and our plan will succeed. If it is not good for us, it will fail. We should accept both, the success as well as the possible failure. If, however, we start weighing the outcome beforehand, while questioning our project, we hinder God in His works. By being torn here and there, by weighing the pros and cons, by affirming and doubting, we may even achieve the success of a “spiritual goal” or plan that is, however, not good for us. …”

On Spiritual Journalling and the “Mystical Journal”

The Mystical Journal is a journal for the soul and becomes an invaluable aid in achieving personal spiritual growth and development with this course:

“Take your spiritual, mystical journal and review it. Whatever negativity you were able to overcome by the evening can be crossed out. Whatever was not overcome is underlined and transferred to the next page of the journal, so that it is not lost, and the wayfarer is reminded over and over again of what still needs to be discarded. Be glad about the positive side, about what you have overcome! Let it resound in you once again and be glad, with sincere heart, for what now lies behind you. …”
